Michelle McKinney, CEO & Founder

Michelle McKinney founded TransformXperience with a vision to help mid-market companies achieve enterprise-level project management capabilities without enterprise-level costs. With over 44 years of IT transformation experience, Michelle specializes in helping healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and construction organizations modernize their PMOs using Microsoft’s intelligent ecosystem.

Prior to founding TransformXperience, Michelle served as a senior IT project leader for Fortune 500 companies and public sector clients, leading complex technology initiatives including ERP implementations, business intelligence deployments, and enterprise-wide digital transformations. Her expertise spans project rescue and stabilization, PMO setup and optimization, and sustainable operational excellence.

While leading enterprise transformations, Michelle was simultaneously building a general contracting business from the ground up. For 20 years, she managed both worlds — residential and commercial construction alongside Fortune 500 consulting. She handled bids, schedules, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and investor deadlines, growing the business from $0 to over $650,000 in revenue in three years. That experience taught her what boardrooms never could: when the schedule slips, real money walks away. When the inspection fails, crews sit idle. When the permit stalls, everything stops. She brings that urgency to every PMO transformation.
