Michelle McKinney, CEO & Founder

Michelle McKinney founded TransformXperience with a vision to help mid-market companies achieve enterprise-level project management capabilities without enterprise-level costs. With over 25 years of IT transformation experience, Michelle specializes in helping healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services organizations modernize their PMOs using Microsoft’s intelligent ecosystem.

Michelle’s career began in 1982 and spans federal agencies, Fortune 500 environments, and healthcare organizations. Her expertise covers AI readiness assessment, PMO modernization, SOP transformation, and executive-level technology governance. She holds an MBA in Project Management and a BBA in Healthcare Management, and is a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe practitioner.
