Job Description: Drive revenue growth and expand TransformXperience’s client base through strategic business development activities. This commission-based role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Perfect for a results-driven professional who can represent our brand across various industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead generation and qualification, client relationship management, proposal development and presentation, market research and competitive analysis, operations support, and performance tracking.
Requirements: 3-5 years B2B sales experience, bachelor’s degree preferred, proficiency in CRM software, exceptional communication skills, and experience in consulting or technology services preferred.
